U-Bet Strawberry Salsa

This strawberry salsa made with Fox’s U-bet Strawberry Syrup is the summer snack you didn’t know you needed. Piled onto homemade cinnamon tortilla chips? Total crowd-pleaser.

U-Bet Strawberry Salsa

Serves: 4 to 6

SALSA INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pint strawberries hulled and diced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fox’s U-bet Strawberry Syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
  • Pinch kosher salt 

CINNAMON TORTILLA CHIPS INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  2. Cut the tortillas into 8 pieces each. Brush with the melted butter
  3. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the tortilla pieces.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  5. While the tortilla chips are baking, combine the diced strawberries, lime juice and zest, Fox’s U-bet Strawberry Syrup, mint, and salt in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
