INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup Fox's U-bet Chocolate Syrup
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups heavy cream, cold
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add heavy cream to the base of a stand mixer. Using a whisk attachment, whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold in 1/2 cup of U-bet Chocolate Syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and sea salt
Transfer to a loaf pan and add an additional 1/4 cup U-bet Syrup, swirling with a butter knife.
Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight
