Chocolate Drizzled Olive Oil Cake

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • 1 ΒΌ cups all-purpose flour
  • ΒΎ cup granulated sugar
  • β…“ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • Β½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ΒΌ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 4 large eggs
  • ΒΎ cup Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup

TO SERVE:

  • Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup
  • Berries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add olive oil, boiling water, eggs, and chocolate syrup. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and bake 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool in the pan.
