Chocolate Drizzled Olive Oil Cake

INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1 ΒΌ cups all-purpose flour
- ΒΎ cup granulated sugar
- β cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
- Β½ teaspoon baking soda
- ΒΌ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 4 large eggs
- ΒΎ cup Foxβs U-Bet Chocolate Syrup
TO SERVE:
- Foxβs U-Bet Chocolate Syrup
- Berries
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add olive oil, boiling water, eggs, and chocolate syrup. Mix until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 50β60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan.
