This Cherry Vanilla Noodle Kugel made with Fox's U-bet Vanilla Syrup is not your Bubbe's kugel...bet she's definitely going to ask for seconds.
Fox’s U-Bet Cherry Vanilla Noodle Kugel
Serves: 8 to 10
INGREDIENTS:
- Kosher salt
- 1, 12-oz package dried egg noodles
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup Fox’s U-Bet Vanilla Syrup
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1cup dried cherries
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups cornflakes
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon Fox’s U-Bet Vanilla Syrup
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 325F. Generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook the noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, Fox's U-bet Vanilla, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, melted butter, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and cinnamon—whisking until combined.

Add the cooked noodles and cherries, mixing until well combined.

In a medium bowl, combine the cornflakes, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons U-bet Vanilla Syrup.

Transfer the noodles mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading noodles in an even layer.

Top with cornflake topping.
- Transfer to the oven and bake until fully set about 1 hour.
