INGREDIENTS:
- 2oz gin
- 1oz lemon juice
- 1oz Fox’s U-Bet Strawberry Syrup
- 1 egg white (½ oz)
- 2-3 drops bitters Club soda
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fill shaker with ice and add gin, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and egg white.
- Add 2–3 drops of bitters on top for aroma
- Dry shake (without ice) for 10–15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a glass.
- Top with club soda and garnish as desired.
