Fox's Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 3 tablespoons Fox’s U-Bet Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit
- Peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, cocoa powder, salt and milk over medium heat, whisking until the cocoa is incorporated.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the Fox’s U-Bet Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and divide among bowls.
- Top with fruit, nut butter, and additional Fox’s U-Bet Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
