Fox’s U-Bet Vanilla Peach Cobbler

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 medium peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Fox’s U-Bet Vanilla Syrup
- 3 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place the peaches in an even layer in the baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
