The Original Egg Cream

  • Take a tall, chilled, straight-sided, 8oz. glass
  • Spoon 1 inch of U-bet Chocolate syrup into glass
  • Add 1 inch whole milk
  • Tilt the glass and spray seltzer (from a pressurized cylinder only) off a spoon, to make a big chocolate head
  • Stir, Drink, Enjoy

Watermelon Sherbet – 20 Quart Batch

  • 5 Quarts 14% Ice Cream Mix
  • 15 Quarts Water
  • 6 Pounds Sugar
  • 2 ½ Gallons Fox’s Italian Ice Base
  • 6 Ounces Watermelon Flavor
  • 6 Ounces Fox’s Citric Acid Solution

* Mixing Instructions to Use Fox’s Italian Ice Base for Sherbet

Orange Sherbet – 20 Quart Batch

  • 5 Quarts 14% Ice Cream Mix
  • 15 Quarts Water
  • 6 Pounds Sugar
  • 2 ½ Gallons Fox’s Italian Ice Base
  • 14 Ounces Orange Flavor
  • 10 Ounces Fox’s Citric Acid Solution
  • * Mixing Instructions to Use Fox’s Italian Ice Base for Sherbet

Flavored Italian/Water Ice Recipes
Lemon, Cherry, Mango, Chocolate, Sky Blue Raspberry

10 to 12 Quart Batch – 2.5 to 3 Gallons

  • Add 3 to 4 quarts flavored base depending on strength requirements
  • Fill remaining volume with water

20 to 24 Quart Batch – 5 to 6 Gallons
  • Add 7 to 8 quarts flavored base depending on strength requirements
  • Fill remaining volume with water

* NO additional sugar is required
* Lemon Skins MINUS THE WHITE can be added and stirred in at serving to enhance flavor on Lemon Ice.
